To get access to the worldwide pilot blacklist, you have to be an airline according to ICAO standard.

Please submit following complete documentation:

• company name
• AOC
• registration of chamber of transportation
• fleet size
• type of A/Cs
• number of employed flight deck crew members
• contact details of HR manager
